Before the EXIT.

Throughout this infinite cycle of sansara we have kept entering and exiting to deference planes of existence  and we haven't remember the nature of sufferings, whereabouts or anything. We are just sojourners and this time we have been blessed to be a human being on an island where the Thathagatha Gauthama Buddha's Doctrine is heard. Someone may see the it as just a coincident and I firmly believe that the Karma & other crucial elements is behind to give another chance to understand the core of the Buddhism, Chathurarya Sathya (sufferings, reasons for sufferings, get rid of sufferings and the path). "Marananussathi Meditation"

While the uncertainty rules, there is one thing certain, it's death. Death is a function of time, karma and other unavoidable circumstances. The death could be resulted in four ways, The Lord Gauthama Buddha Preached. Ayukshaya, Karmakshaya, Ubayakshaya & Upachchedaka are four of them.

Death could be happened at the lifespan ends, it's Ayukshaya death. An avoidable karma causes Karmakshaya death. Both causes, Ayukshaya and karmakshaya cause for Ubayakshaya death and an external environmental factor may caused for Upachchedaka death. For instance, imagine an oil lamp lit with a cotton wool and oil and Ayukshaya death is similar to the event of the flames blown away at the end of cotton wool. Karmakshaya death could be defined by the incident of flames of the oil lamp blown away at the end of oil. The flames could be blown away at the end of both cotton wool and the oil and this is the Ubayakshaya death and finally the flames could be blown away due to an external factor like rain or wind, it's termed Upachchedaka death.

Death is a certain event for those rich or poor, beautiful or ugly, intelligent or foolish and white or black. Marananussathi meditation guides to be mindful about death that could happen anytime. Broadly speaking the death could be happen even between the time of an inhale and exhale. The daily sunset is an indicator for us which let us believe we are a day closer to death. The practising this noble consciousness about death compassionates and tranquil the mind enhance the wisdom. TBC...

Jeewithan aniyathang maranang niyathang.....

We see only one thingItalic permanent which is out of everyone's control and scared to talk about,it's the death. One of my good friends, we worked together in AIESEC passed away few days back in India reminded me the impermanency of life again. Some people die in their younger age due to many reasons. May be diseases, accidents or karma we never know but a Lord Buddha could ever answer.

Born as a human is the most fortunate thing in this universe where you get a chance in "kalpa" to hear and practice the Lord Buddha's preachings from the Kalyana Mitra. The most unfortunate thing in our lives is not trying to understand the reasons we keep bound to this indefinite "Sansara"Italic and that is the risk just ahead of us...TBC

May the "Triple Gem Bless & Protect you"

A sentence which the supreme power of Triple Gem is coagulated to "may the Triple Gem Bless you". It's a blissful saying which makes the listener enthralled and the blesser experiences the compassionateness. I always do try to say it whenever possible after I started visiting "Mahamuena" monastery during my visit back home in last few years.

At this very Second...

Until passing this second we have wasted our time for regretting on the buried past and planning endless for an unseen future which is yet to come while holding back the present time "Live for a reason". I want you to realise that this passing second is precious and after another second it's added to the past. The breath we take at this passing second may be our last breath because only uncertainty is certain and it rules. Concentrating on what we do day today no matter what you do, trying to focus scattered mind on to a focal point and for a while even when you are behind the wheel heading to work and returning home do count. Forgive, those hurt and betrayed you forget, those those couldn't to deliver their promises and get rid of being hatred, angry and jealousy unconditionally and practice mindfulness. The bitter reality is " Nothing Lasts forever" and remember tomorrow is too late. May the holy Triple Gem Bless and protect you!!!

"Kayehi kayanupassi Viharathi"

Listening to "Maha Sathipattana Sutta" has become a habit recent times before hitting the bed. The "Kayanu Passanawa" is one of four key elements of the Sutta and others are namely Vedananu passanawa, Dhammanu passanawa and Chiththanu passanawa.

Although the Lord Gauthama Buddha has preached this Sutta deshana basically focussing Bikkus it gives insights us to think and see through the human body from the very beginning from the breath we take and followed by closer analysis of properties of matter and its ultimate result observed the very end by mixing with four "Maha Bhuutha" Patawi ( solidity), Aapo( Liquidity), Thejo(Thermo) and Wayo( gaseous). Most of people scared or reluctant to accept that fact that the human body is made of above four matters which is apparently borrowed temporary from the nature as a result of karma and the end of the "bhawa" we have to leave those matters from where we borrowed them. To be contd....
