"Kayehi kayanupassi Viharathi"

Listening to "Maha Sathipattana Sutta" has become a habit recent times before hitting the bed. The "Kayanu Passanawa" is one of four key elements of the Sutta and others are namely Vedananu passanawa, Dhammanu passanawa and Chiththanu passanawa.

Although the Lord Gauthama Buddha has preached this Sutta deshana basically focussing Bikkus it gives insights us to think and see through the human body from the very beginning from the breath we take and followed by closer analysis of properties of matter and its ultimate result observed the very end by mixing with four "Maha Bhuutha" Patawi ( solidity), Aapo( Liquidity), Thejo(Thermo) and Wayo( gaseous). Most of people scared or reluctant to accept that fact that the human body is made of above four matters which is apparently borrowed temporary from the nature as a result of karma and the end of the "bhawa" we have to leave those matters from where we borrowed them.
