At this very Second...

Until passing this second we have wasted our time for regretting on the buried past and planning endless for an unseen future which is yet to come while holding back the present time "Live for a reason". I want you to realise that this passing second is precious and after another second it's added to the past. The breath we take at this passing second may be our last breath because only uncertainty is certain and it rules. Concentrating on what we do day today no matter what you do, trying to focus scattered mind on to a focal point and for a while even when you are behind the wheel heading to work and returning home do count. Forgive, those hurt and betrayed you forget, those those couldn't to deliver their promises and get rid of being hatred, angry and jealousy unconditionally and practice mindfulness. The bitter reality is " Nothing Lasts forever" and remember tomorrow is too late. May the holy Triple Gem Bless and protect you!!!
